La Traviata at the Strathmore Music Center

Sunday, August 1st:  This week's not to miss event is Verdi's La Traviata  at the Strathmore Music Center presented by Opera International.  Originally scheduled for Sunday July 25th, this is a program of the Organization of Chinese American Women with Jessica Stecklein as Violetta, Yingxi Zhang as Alfredo and Chen-ye Yuan as Germont.  The Director is Muriel Von Villas.  Edward Roberts conducts members of the Baltimore Symphony in the production at 4 pm on Sunday, August 1st.

Tickets range from $20-50.  Park or take metro to the Grosvenor Station and walk across a bridge directly into the theatre.
